Providing data is voluntary and allows you to obtain commercial information - the legal basis for data processing is your consent, provided that this consent has been given by you, if you do not consent, your personal data is not processed for this purpose.

 

Your data will be processed for direct marketing regarding own products and services TOR-KRAK - the legal basis for data processing is your consent, provided that this consent has been given by you, if you have not given your consent personal data is not processed for this purpose.

 

Your data will be processed in order to provide services such as, for example, ordering services - the legal basis for data processing is your consent, provided that this consent has been given by you, if you do not give your consent, your personal data will not be processed, including purpose.

 

Your data will be processed in order to carry out the recruitment process for a given position - the legal basis for data processing is your consent given when completing the application form (application for a given position).

 

PERIOD WHILE DATA WILL BE STORED

 

The data will be processed for 2 years or until you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes.

Your data may be transferred to entities processing personal data at the request of TOR-KRAK - where such entities will process the data on the basis of an agreement with the TOR-KRAK and only in accordance with the instructions of TOR-KRAK.

You have the right to: access your data, request rectification, request removal, request restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, the right to transfer personal data, i.e. to receive from TOR-KRAK your personal data in a file in a commonly used format, lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data. In order to exercise the above-mentioned rights, please contact TOR-KRAK. You can do this, for example, by sending an application to the address of the registered office: ul. FREEDOM TO PROVIDE DATA

 

Providing personal data for marketing purposes is voluntary. Providing personal data for the purpose of considering a possible complaint is voluntary, but failure to do so will make it impossible to accept and consider the complaint.

 

DATA PROTECTION MEASURES TAKEN

 

Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and their storage takes place on secured servers. We respect the right to privacy and we care about data security. For this purpose, it is used, inter alia, secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).

 

We have implemented data encryption and we have introduced access control, thanks to which we minimize the effects of a possible breach of data security.

 

DATA PROTECTION MEASURES TAKEN

 

The website Tor-krak.pl uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by the browser computer software. When the browser reconnects with the website, the website recognizes the type of device from which the user connects.

 

The parameters allow the information contained in them to be read only by the server that created them. Cookies therefore facilitate the use of previously visited websites. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience for our website, and the collected data is used only internally to optimize activities. We use the following cookies on our website: "essential" cookies, enabling the use of services available on the website, eg authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the website; cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication within the website; "Performance" cookies, enabling the collection of information on how the website pages are used; "Advertising" cookies, enabling users to provide advertising content more tailored to their interests.

 

The user may at any time disable or restore the option of collecting cookies by changing the settings in the web browser.
